The storehouses and warehouses at Camp Adair played a critical role in supporting daily operations, receiving as much as 12,000 tons of supplies each day. These shipments included food, ammunition, explosives, clothing, PX merchandise, mail, and coal. The coal was essential for fueling boilers and heating barracks during the winter months, helping keep soldiers warm in harsh conditions. The area also featured extensive cold storage facilities used to preserve fresh fruits and vegetables for the troops.
The warehouse complex was supported by an extensive rail system. Four main tracks, along with two passing tracks, served the majority of the warehouses, allowing rail cars to access nearly every building. In addition, two dedicated tracks served the coal yard and handled daily local deliveries, ensuring a constant flow of materials into the camp.
In addition to storage, this section of the camp served as a hub for skilled labor. Sheet metal workers, electricians, plumbers, and carpenters were all stationed here, ensuring that any needed construction or repairs could be completed on-site.
Today, much of this once-busy area has disappeared and is now largely occupied by the Allied Waste Recycling Center.

Almost center is the Fieldhouse with the bowling ally behind. between the warehouse and the fieldhouse is the 9th scervice command HQ and finane builing plus other building used by the 9th service command.
